TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Pre-booking is advised.

  • Full payment before your Sea Safari is required

  • When booking, you must leave us with contact details for the day of your scheduled trip.

  • A minimum of 6 full fare adult passengers are required in order for any Safari to proceed. 

  • Please note that groups are required to arrive 30 minutes before their tour time for essential safety briefing and to put on lifejackets.

  • Passengers arriving late forfeit their tour and will not be rescheduled or receive any refund.

  • Bookings & gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If you or any of your party are experiencing symptoms of Covid that will prevent you from attending, we must receive written notification no later than 9am of the sailing day to info@doverseasafari.co.uk to qualify for rescheduling. We will require proof of a positive test if you are requesting to reschedule within 24hrs of your departure.

  • Whilst we do not promote or pursue rough sea conditions, it is very important to understand that for anyone booked suffering from heart complaints, back complaints or who are pregnant travel at their own risk. This is down to any unexpected sea conditions caused by shipping movements, tide or wind. All young children must be able to sit unaided.

  • Under 18yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • All passengers must be able to sit unaided. Children under the age of 3 years are not permitted aboard for this reason.

  • Safari durations and routes are subject to change due to weather conditions.

  • Bookings may not be cancelled or tranferred by the customer within 72hrs of the booked trip.

  • Dover Sea Safari reserve the right to cancel your tour at short notice after a weather forecast is issued. Cancelations due to Small Craft Warnings/Adverse weather are for your own safety.

  • A full refund will only be applied if the sea safari is cancelled due to adverse weather.

  • In the event of any mechanical breakdown, Dover Sea Safari will not be held liable for other third party costs incurred associated with the booking such as coach hire, taxis etc.

  • Lifejackets are supplied and must be worn at all times.

  • We cannot guarantee specific bird or wildlife sightings.

  • We recommend that you should wear warm clothing underneath.

  • Third party liability insurance is provided.

  • Personal items (e.g. cameras & Mobile phones) are carried at the passenger’s own risk.

  • Tour operators booking on behalf of their clients MUST contact Dover Sea Safari via email and receive confirmation of the booking date and time before confirming with their clients. Dover Sea Safari is not responsible for clients wishing to travel who have not received this confirmation.

  • All information is correct at the time of posting but is subject to change.
